You will think we stole grandma’s recipe once you try this easy and delicious floating peach cobbler in which the crust self-rises to the top. You will need butter, sugar, self-rising flour, unsweetened sliced peaches, milk, nutmeg, and our Vanilla Bean Marinade®. Be sure to preheat your oven to 360 degrees and bake until the crust is golden brown.
Floating Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 ¼ cups sugar (for batter)
- 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups sliced peaches, unsweetened
- 1 cup milk
- ⅔ cups sugar (for topping)
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 1 Tbs. Ronald Reginald's Vanilla Bean Marinade®
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
- Melt butter in cobbler pan. Mix first sugar, flour, Vanilla Bean Marinade®, and milk to a batter. Pour batter into pan. Pour drained fruit on top of batter and sprinkle with second sugar and nutmeg.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes; crust will rise and become golden brown.
